Prayer

God over all,

In fidelity to your heart and your son’s example, inspire us to measure our love for you by the ways we love and serve those who are most vulnerable among us. Keep our ministry’s eyes always fixed on those who are poor, that we might serve them in ways that reveal the depth of your mercy and affection for us all. Whatever form of poverty we encounter today and no matter where we happen to serve, let us end this day in faithful obedience to your call to care for those most in need. Amen.
