Programs
Ministry formation includes a wide variety of experiences, some of which occur in more formal programs. The programs establish a common understanding of our heritage and the key responsibilities for working in a Catholic health ministry.
Workplace spirituality
Providing prayers, reflections, retreats, and celebrating our heritage are all part of cultivating workplace spirituality. Together with ministry formation, these practices nurture and sustain our identity as a Catholic health ministry.
