Goal: Offer an experience of ministry formation for leaders rooted in the mission, vision, values, and strategic direction of Bon Secours Mercy Health.
An annual ministry formation experience offered in local markets, available to all leaders and required for Director and above. The program includes themes related to theological principles, biblical stories, founding congregations, and ministry culture and their relationship to the strategic direction and operations of the organization.
