Loving Creator,

You made us in such a way that even as we grow and develop our skills and talents, we would also learn to step outside ourselves and rely on each other, leveraging the gifts we possess for the good of the whole community. Forgive us for those times we have turned away from that vision, and instead become envious, jealous, and self-centered. Grace us again today with a shared spirit of camaraderie, so that as we extend your compassion to others, we might also enjoy a deeper sense of unity and momentum across our many teams and functions. Amen.
