REQUIRED FOR DIRECTOR AND ABOVE

Goal: Provide leaders an experience of a ministry community in order to grow their ability to integrate the Catholic health ministry into the struggle of living and working in a complex world and business environment.

A year-long (six two-day sessions) cohort program allows for a deeper understanding of the topics from Foundations of Catholic Health Ministry – scripture, church and sponsorship, ministry, Catholic social teaching, ethics, and prophetic voice – and concludes with an integrative retreat.
