God of forgiveness,

Teach us the grace that makes forgiveness possible. When stress, misunderstanding, or hurt arise, help us clear the chambers of our hearts so that your mercy may enter. Form in us spirits of humility, patience, and compassion toward colleagues, patients, and families. May the grace we receive become the grace we extend, reflecting Christ’s healing love in all we do.
