God of love,

Strengthen all our caregivers and staff today with wisdom, patience, and vision, that they might discern and serve the ultimate good of every person in their care. May their love be shown not only in the compassion of their words and gestures, but in their devotion to faithful service, insisting on doing what is best for all those we are trusted to serve. Surround all our patients and their families with comfort, hope, and the assurance that they are seen and loved. Amen.
