Unifying Spirit,

When the issues that divide us become fuel for condescension and derision, lead us instead to step back and recommit to become partners in genuine dialogue, committed to a deeper and more hospitable form of engagement. May we in this ministry exemplify a community like this, anchored on humility and always willing to learn from each other across our differences. For the sake of our personal growth and in service to the common good, help us to think less about winning arguments and more about the flourishing of people together. Amen.

Merciful God,

As human beings, we know that life on this earth will never be perfect. Though we try our best to do what is right, we will stumble and fall. Yet what matters most is the courage to rise again, to learn from our missteps, and to keep moving forward. Remind us that your love does not waiver based on our success or failure—you love us unconditionally. Strengthen our hearts to begin again, trusting always in your grace. Amen.

Your loving grace is the strength we need to move through our days and serve those who come to us seeking healing. Because of your love and constant presence, we need not fear the challenges before us. When we place our faith fully in you, we find that we have all we need to face whatever lies ahead.
