Prayer

Holy Love,

When things we know are wrong are happening around us, give us the integrity to speak out. Fill us with a righteous conviction that can speak the truth in love and call our culture, our leaders, and others, to account. Forgive us for times we have been tempted to say “peace, peace” when there is no peace. Empower us instead to be advocates of justice and live our lives in service to the common good. Amen.

Prayer

Soul friend,

As we live into your teaching, loving our neighbors as we love ourselves, help us let go of any disparaging words from the past that we may still be holding onto or even repeating to ourselves. Words that distract us from the truth that we are all your children, loved and gifted for a purpose. Instead of lies, help us embrace the truth and unify your love for us with our love for ourselves and thereby practice your golden rule with greater sincerity, each and every day. For the life of the world, we pray. Amen.

Prayer

Listening God,

Each day our minds are filled with countless thoughts, making it hard to know which ones are worth holding onto and which we should release. Sometimes we avoid certain thoughts—not because they’re wrong, but because we lack the inner desire to follow where they lead. Yet deep within, our intuition stirs, and we trust that you are part of that quiet calling. Help us to listen closely, to discern with wisdom, and to respond with open and willing hearts. For this we pray. Amen.

Prayer

Gracious God,

Our days can become so full that we forget to pause and simply say, “Thank you.” Yet the gift of gratitude has the power to bring joy into the world—it reminds us to cherish what has been given and who we’ve encountered along the way. Help us to be more mindful of giving thanks for the blessings in our work, in our communities, in our families, and in our relationship with you. In our efforts to live with grateful hearts, we pray. Amen.

Prayer

Healing God,

Bringing good help to those we serve is the heart of our ministry—a simple and honest way to care for those in need. Each person who walks through our doors is an opportunity to bring healing and hope into the world. Through the example of your Son, Jesus, may we become instruments of compassionate care, offering comfort, love, and dignity to all. We pray, Amen.

Reflection “There are some storms and troubles that are leading you where the Almighty wants you to go…Consider it a divine detour.”  ~Robin Roberts Prayer Patient and Present God, In our work of healing and compassionate car

Prayer

Patient and Present God,

In our work of healing and compassionate care, we often see troubles as disruptions—complications in a treatment plan, unexpected outcomes, or heavy emotional burdens. We strive to fix what we can, yet sometimes forget to pause and recognize that even in difficulty, you are near. Remind us that these moments are not just challenges to overcome, but invitations to grow in compassion, to deepen our faith, and to rely on your grace. May we trust that, through every encounter and every trial, you are working for the good of all. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Reflection “The love of God toward you is like the Amazon River flowing down to water a single daisy.” ~F.B.Meyer Prayer God of unconditional love, Every person on this earth is special in your eyes, cherished and held in your end

Prayer

God of unconditional love,

Every person on this earth is special in your eyes, cherished and held in your endless love. You make each of us uniquely your own—not because of what we do or the titles we hold, but simply because we are your children. Remind us daily of this truth, that like a single flower nourished by the sun, we flourish because of your love. May we live in that assurance and share it with others. In gratitude, we pray. Amen.
