God of love,

On this day of blessed remembrance of Mary’s birth, we give thanks for the gift of the one who would become the humble vessel of your son, Jesus. In her quiet beginning, you were already preparing a life of grace, courage, and a faithful “yes” to your will. May her example inspire us to trust that even our small and hidden moments can bear great purpose in your plan. In our work and care for others, help us to reflect her gentleness and unwavering hope. We ask this in your name, Amen.
