Prayer

God of growth,

We pray today for the courage to embrace the discomfort that we know so often accompanies real and genuine growth. As we discover new ways to respond to the needs around us, give us the freedom to pursue your mission in ways that might challenge our usual modes of operating, and yet will ultimately make a difference for the lives of those we serve. For the good of our patients, families, and communities, release among us a spirit of innovation and agility that increasingly secures the common good for all. Amen.
