Loving God,

Remind us today that you are always focused on the state of our hearts rather than the outer show we so often parade before others. Deepen our receptivity to your vision of the value we all possess before you, as those made in your image, and let that awareness drive us, with sincerity and compassion, to defend the inherent worth of all those we serve. No matter what the outward appearance may be, lead us to love and treasure every one of your children today just as we love ourselves. Amen.
