Prayer

God of mercy,

We give you thanks for the tender mercy that has given us one another, especially through the work of the Sisters of Mercy. Your mercy reminds us that we are never alone on this journey of life and service. Help us to recognize each person we encounter as a gift, an opportunity to reflect your compassion, patience, and care. Teach us to be gentle in our words, attentive in our listening, and generous in our presence with those who are suffering or in need. May our relationships be rooted in mercy, becoming a living sign of your love in the world. Amen.
