Joyful Creator,

Sometimes we encounter people who just seem intent on bringing everyone down, through their negative attitude. Help us respond to these children of yours with grace and long-suffering, remembering that at the end of the day we are still one family before you. Show us how to challenge our brothers and sisters in creative and encouraging ways, helping them revive a more authentic, positive attitude that can be just as contagious, but far more constructive, within the culture we share together. Amen.
