Prayer

Loving God,

We know that spiritual and material needs go hand in hand. Guide us more clearly, therefore, as a ministry of healing, to continue providing good help to patients, families, and communities by caring for whole persons in the context of their flourishing—mind, body, and spirit. Let us pursue the common good together, securing people’s most basic needs for adequate nutrition even as we all look to you to fill our spiritual hunger for purpose and meaning. As one human family, we pray. Amen.
