Guiding God,

In a world of constant change, grant us the wisdom and agility to serve with clarity, balance, and purpose. Help us to hold so many needs at once, urgent and unseen, physical and spiritual, without losing sight of the person before us. When competing demands stretch our time and energy, steady our minds and strengthen our teamwork so that the compassion of Jesus remains at the center of all we do. May our adaptability become a channel of your healing presence, bringing grace, hope, and faithful care to every moment entrusted to us. In faith, we pray. Amen.
