God of wisdom and courage,

Teach us to embrace failure as a part of the journey toward growth and innovation. In our work, especially in healthcare, help us to take bold steps, try new approaches, and learn from each challenge. Remind us that even in mistakes, your guidance and love are present, shaping us into more compassionate and skilled caregivers. May our willingness to risk, learn, and persevere lead to meaningful progress and service for those in need. Amen.
