Listening God,

In the midst of the demands and challenges of healthcare, teach us the value of persistent prayer, not only that you hear us, but that we may hear you. Open our hearts to your guidance, wisdom, and presence in every patient we care for, every decision we make, and every moment of service. Help us listen deeply, so our hands, words, and actions reflect your love and compassion. May our prayers shape us into instruments of healing, hope, and comfort for all who rely on our care. Through the compassionate name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
