Help us to be examples of calm to all those we serve, allowing them to see you in the strength of calmness. May stillness shape our responses to situations and people so that we might express clarity, patience, and grace. Let the calm you cultivate within us become a source of true power, guiding our words and actions. In peace, we pray. Amen.
