In the storms of life and the challenges of healthcare, remind us that you have a plan, even when we cannot see it. Strengthen our faith to trust your wisdom as we care for patients, support families, and navigate uncertainty. Help us to act with courage, compassion, and patience, knowing that every effort we make serves your greater purpose. May our work be guided by trust in you, bringing healing, hope, and comfort to all in our care. Amen.
