Prayer

God of goodness,

This is the day you have made, and we receive it with grateful and joyful hearts. Help us to rejoice in the gift of this moment, trusting that your presence goes with us in all we do for those we serve. Open our eyes to the blessings within this day and the opportunities to love and serve others, especially those who are poor, dying and underserved. May our gratitude turn this ordinary day into a reflection of your goodness and grace. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
