“Behold, your king comes to you, meek and riding on an ass, and on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden.” -Matthew 21: 5
Prayer
God of humility and love,
We praise you for the gift of your Son, who entered Jerusalem not with grandeur, but meekly, riding on a humble colt. Teach us to follow His example of humility, service, and gentle strength in our own lives. Help us to welcome Christ into our hearts with openness, ready to walk His path of love, sacrifice, and peace. May His coming inspire us to live with compassion, faithfulness, and courage in the service of others. Amen.
