Second Sunday of Lent
Reflection
“God never tires of forgiving us. We are the ones that tire of seeking his mercy.” – Pope Francis
Prayer
Forgiving God,
Your unending forgiveness meets us again and again, even when we fall short, and for that we are grateful. Help us to trust that your mercy is deeper than our mistakes and wider than our wandering. Wash our hearts in the grace that restores, renews, and invites us to begin again. May your boundless forgiveness shape the way we live, love, and offer compassion and forgiveness to others. We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Call to Action
What do I need to ask God to forgive me for today? How can I extend that forgiveness to others who may have hurt me in the past?
