God of compassion and peace,
You are present with us in every season of life, especially in moments of pain, transition and farewell. As we reflect on our patients in hospice and palliative care, remind us that every day holds meaning, dignity, and opportunities for love. Help us to focus not only on extending time, but on enriching each moment with grace. May those in our care experience peace and may we be instruments of your tenderness and hope. In their honor, we pray. Amen.
