God of compassion,
You call us to bring healing not only through our knowledge and skills, but through the care and concern we show to others. Help us to place compassion at the center of every encounter we have today. May our words and actions reassure those we serve that they are valued, respected, and loved. Let the care we provide reflect your healing presence and bring comfort to all who come to us in need. We ask this in your name. Amen.

As I walk away from each interaction today, ask myself, “Did that person know how much I care about them?”
