Prayer

God of balance,

Bless the work of our hands and hearts, that it may bring healing, purpose, and service to others.
Teach us, too, the grace of rest, that we may renew our strength and return to our duties with clarity and compassion, bringing Good Help to those in need. Help us honor both effort and pause, knowing that in balance, your gifts of care and wisdom flow most freely. We ask this in your name, who brought work and rest into being. Amen.
