Prayer

Self-less God,

Help us recognize the importance of caring for ourselves, so we may have the strength, patience, and clarity to serve others well. Renew our bodies, minds, and spirits, and remind us that rest and nourishment are gifts, not luxuries. May tending to our own needs enable us to give with full and generous hearts to our patients, families and communities. In gratitude for these gifts, we pray. Amen.
