World Alzheimer’s Month

Reflection

“There is a certain grace in the forgetfulness of Alzheimer’s, in a life that finds beauty in each moment.” ~Arthur Kleinman

Prayer

God of the Present Moment,

We often hold deep empathy for those living with Alzheimer’s, lifting them and their families in prayer as they navigate each day. This compassion is good and needed. Yet, there is also wisdom in their way of being—an ability to live fully in the moment, something many of us overlook in our busyness. Help us to slow our pace, to savor the present, and to recognize each moment as a gift from you. With open hearts, we pray. Amen.
