Respectful God,

Our world suffers from a lack of respect—between individuals, communities, and even nations. We have, at times, forgotten how essential it is to honor one another, and how true respect helps us grow in humanity and as your people. Guide us, Lord, in learning to respect more deeply, beginning with ourselves, so that we may extend that same respect to all. Amen.
