Prayer
God of love,
Teach us to put love into action each day in all that we do for our patients, families and communities.  May our hands bring healing, our words bring comfort, and our presence bring peace to those in need. Help us to see everyone as a reflection of your love, deserving of dignity, respect, and care. Let every act, large or small, be a channel of your grace, spreading hope and compassion in the lives we touch. We ask this in your name. Amen.

Loving God,
We give thanks for the life of St. Brigid of Kildare, whose heart overflowed with piety, generosity and action. May her example inspire us to do all that we can to care for the vulnerable and those who are poor and hungry, helping to bring light to places shadowed by need. Help us, like her, to weave communities of kindness, faith, and justice, where all are welcomed and cherished. Let her spirit guide our hands and hearts in service to others, reflecting your love in every act. Amen.

Prayer

God over all,
When the work of healthcare feels like winter, awaken the invincible summer you have planted within us. Let your Spirit renew our strength and steady our compassion. Warm what feels weary and rekindle hope where it runs thin. May the light you grow in us bring comfort and dignity to all we serve, especially those who are poor, dying and underserved. Amen.

Reflection “[B]ring before the heart of Christ your most painful and fragile parts, those places in your life where you feel stuck and blocked. Let us trustfully ask the Lord to listen to our cry, and to heal us!” –Pope Leo XIV Pray

Prayer

God of life,

As the new year continues to unfold, it can be tempting to abandon some of the changes we sincerely intended to improve our lives and relationships. When we feel stuck and hindered in our plans and goals, or even when we’re just feeling fragile and pained by the ongoing trials of life, remind us that our cries to you always fall on a compassionate ear. Comfort us knowing you are close to the brokenhearted, and may we find your presence there, in our struggle, inviting us to take a new step of freedom. Amen.
